Awesome FX were called in to help solve a slightly unusual Birthday Party – it was a joint party for a 50 year old together with a 21 year old! It was decided to turn the venue, The Village Hotel in Borehamwood, Herts into a Nightclub that would appeal to both age groups. Our creative team worked with the clients to produce a really stunning look to all the different areas of the venue. This included using our LED Cocktail Bar as guests arrived whilst the main room was uplit to give an ‘intimate’ and welcomiong look to the room. Also sited in the room were some colour changing banqueting tables with ghost chairs around them so that they took on the colours of the tables as they changed colour, some LED Poseur tables with bar stools, and dotted around the perimeter of the room were colour changing banquette seating. The Buffet food was served from colour changing LED lit Food Stations and to finish off the Nightclub theme, guests could Boogie on our LED lit dancefloor.

And what did the client think of all this? Well this what they said “I just want to thank you all for transforming the room into the most  amazing night club!!. It looked fantastic. All so simple but so effective”.
