I just wanted to say a big thank you to everybody for all their help with the organization of this years Christmas party.

I think you will all agree that the night was a great success, thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

Organizing an event for so many people is no small undertaking and it is mainly down to the strong teamwork of all involved that makes this annual party run so smoothly.

Off-limits were awarded with concept and production of the 2010 HBAA awards at the newly refurbished Grand Connaught Rooms. After a very busy November and December, AwesomeFX were very pleased to be appointed the AV company for a 650 delegate conference in Birmingham for a second year. Our fantastic new warehouse means that we are able to build and store a whole host of conference sets, staging and AV equipment. Our two back projection screens and seamless switchers enabled us to play videos, presentations and power points during the conference. AwesomeFX were asked to transform Addisson Lee’s headquarters into a funky nightclub space.  Using our LED poseur tables, LED cubes and atmospheric lighting the venue became unrecognisable and an instant nightclub was produced!

AwesomeFX were asked to “light up” a birthday party in Cornwall.  The client had a marquee structure at their house for which AwesomeFX provided LED bars, LED poseur tables, White P light dancefloor and a Diary Room Video Booth.   The venue had a red theme so all the LED furniture was set to a red colour to complement the ambience of the evening.  The recording booth filmed footage of guests leaving messages for the Birthday boy which was then supplied on an edited DVD the week after the event.
